File Room

All projects by default have a separate File Room. These settings describe the defaults for any File Room.

General - General default values for a File Room 

Field	Value
Max Records	Maximum number of records to show in the File Room. Be careful not to make this too high a number as this could affect the loading of the File Room
Lock First File	Automatically locks the first file in the File Room. It is recommended you set this to NO by default

 

Unfiled Thumbnails – For the "Unfiled Pages" tab, these are the defaults for the thumbnails on this tab

Thumbnail Init Size	The initial size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Min Size	The minimum size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Max Size	The maximum size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Step Size	When the thumbnail size is being increased or decreased, the amount of change in thumbnail size.

 

Unfiled Page View - These defaults describe the defaults of the "Unfiled Page" tab in the File Room

Field	Value
Page Zoom	Choose a page zoom option from the dropdown
Page Display	Choose between single page, filmstrip, or thumbnail
Thumbnail Init Size	The initial size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Min Size	The minimum size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Max Size	The maximum size (in pixels) of the thumbnails
Thumbnail Step Size	When the thumbnail size is being increased or decreased, the amount of change in thumbnail size.

 

Document Thumbnails – When you create a document from pages in the File Room, the thumbnails for those pages can be viewed at the bottom of the screen in the "Document Pages" tab. These defaults describe the size of the thumbnails in the "Document Pages" tab
