Actions Menu

Located on the right-hand side of the title bar in the Document Viewer.
Options available depend on security permissions set by your XDOC Administrator.
Actions apply to:
- The currently selected document, or
- The entire loan, where indicated.

The following items may be present in the actions menu:

Icon	Description
	Reload - Reloads the page currently displayed.
	Refresh - Alerts a user when a document (see conditions below) to a loan. Document is added/deleted/updated Document's document type changed Document Bucket changed Field Value changed Annotations Count increased/decreased Document Notes Count increased/decreased Page Notes Count increased/decreased Page Count increased/decreased
	Audit Log – Displays the complete history of the highlighted document and the loan as a whole.
	Document Compare - Launches the Document Compare feature in the Viewer.
	Upload – opens the upload screen for the loan in question.
	Download – downloads a .pdf or .tif file for saving.
	Print – Opens doc as a .pdf for printing.
	Generate Barcode Sheets – opens the sheet generator for this loan.
	Bundle – Opens the bundle send page for this loan.
	Email – Allows user to email the highlighted document.
	Quick Message – Allows user to send an email calling for action on the loan.
	Delete – Deletes the highlighted document.
