Document Recognition Mapping
Document Recognition Mapping
Note: The Enabled setting must be "yes" located on the Admin-System-AIVA Info setup.
The Document Recognition Mapping page is used to map AIVA documents to customer configured XDOC Document Definitions. Additionally, users can configure the minimum confidence threshold for confident recognition. The AIVA Documents list is located on the Document Types screen.
The Document Recognition Mapping page displays all available XDOC Document Definitions configured for the selected project along with their associated SchemaID, and Name.
Confidence %
Each Document Definition has an configurable Confidence % field. Each document returned from AIVA contains a confidence meter that indicates how confident AIVA is in the recognition of a document. The XDOC system uses the value configured in the Confidence % field to determine if the "Confident" tag or the "Review Required" tag will be applied to the document definition in the viewer.
Confidence at or above the Confidence %
If the AIVA returned confidence level is at or above the configured Confidence %, the Confident Tag will be applied.
Confidence below the Confidence %
If the AIVA returned confidnce level is below the configured Confidence %, a Review Required tag will be applied to the document definition.
Mapping field
The Mapping field dropdown contains all available AIVA document types. Mulitple AIVA documents can be associated with one document definition in XDOC. The XDOC system will index AIVA content to the assigned document definition. AIVA document types can only be associated with one document definition. Once an AIVA document is associated with a document definition, the value will not be able to be selected from the dropdown and will appear in grey. Users must remove the AIVA Document Type from one document definition before assigning to another document definition.
Any unmapped content returned from AIVA will be assigned to the document definition configured in the Unknown document field located in Admin > Projects > AIVA Settings
