What Are Document Buckets?

Document Buckets are an additional categorization layer above Document Categories that improve workflow and control. They help organize documents for approval and processing.

Benefits of Buckets

• Extra Approval Layer:
  Prevents unwanted documents from being sent to investors or mixed with approved underwriting docs.
• Visibility of Junk Docs:
  Allows users to see all “left side/trash/junk” documents in their native type.
• Easy Movement:
  Move one or multiple documents between buckets for better workflow productivity.

Identifying Buckets

• Buckets are displayed in dark blue, with the number of documents in each bucket shown on the right.
• Default Bucket:
  You will always see the Active bucket.
• Other Buckets:
  Configured by your XDOC Administrator (e.g., New, Active, Left Side).
