XDOC Admin Layout
XDOC Admin Overview
The XDOC Admin section contains all the tools and configuration options required to tailor XDOC to your organization’s workflow and security needs.
Due to the wide range of available settings, this guide is divided into six major sections:
1. Accessing the Admin Section
- Explains how to access the Admin interface depending on whether you're logging in via the web or through an LOS integration.
- Includes instructions for granting Admin access to additional users.
2. System Tab
- Used to configure system-level default settings across all projects.
- Includes setup for File Upload Gateways and User Security.
3. Projects Tab
- The primary configuration area for XDOC.
- XDOC Administrators will spend most of their time here setting up workflows, permissions, and project-specific settings.
4. Monitor Tab
- Contains tools for workflow monitoring, error log review, and file purge utilities.
- Often the starting point for troubleshooting issues.
5. Reports Tab
- Provides access to standard XDOC reports.
- All reports are exported in .csv format for easy analysis.
6. Util Tab
- The main troubleshooting and utility section of XDOC.
- Formerly known as Admin Utils, this tab was separated due to its importance in system maintenance and diagnostics.
