Note: Depending on your system permissions, some of the changes described in these release notes may not be available to you.
Important: If you are upgrading from a release prior to 6154.0, you can disregard the 6154.0 Release Notes. These release notes take precedence.
Enhancements and Improvements
Axacore is pleased to announce the following enhancements to your XDOC environment:
Security API Token Administration
- XDOC Admin now supports one-to-many API Security Token AUTH setups and configurations.
- For detailed instructions, navigate to:
Admin → Project Settings → API Services → API Tokens - The current API Token Crypto setup (located at Admin → Project Settings → API Services → Web API Services) will default as the first active API Token.
Important:
Before updating to version 6154.1, document or screenshot your current API Token Crypto setup to confirm the initial Active API Token configuration.
Maintenance Updates
Axacore remains committed to enhancing the customer experience by delivering regular maintenance updates that address unintended defects and product issues. These updates ensure optimal functionality and a smoother user experience.
Initialization Vector Update
- The Init Vect field length requirement has been updated from 16 characters to 8 characters.
Please ensure compliance when configuring new tokens.
API Token Padding Modes
- Removed the following obsolete padding modes from the dropdown menu:
- ANSIX923
- ZEROS
- ISO10126
AIVA Doc OCR Monitoring Control
- Updated the Enabled option on the Admin → System → AIVA Info → Settings screen to allow toggling AIVA Doc OCR Monitoring On/Off.
6154.0 Database Update Error

Update Summary

- Change Made: Corrected a null error that occurred when running the update script to apply database changes.

- Prevents runtime errors during database update execution.
- Ensures smooth installation and upgrade process without manual intervention.

XBUNDLEADMIN permissions

Update Summary
- The XBUNDLEADMIN permission has been added to the Bundle page in XDOC. This update grants users with this permission the ability to edit bundles directly within XDOC.
