S2. Batch Bundling

Batch Bundling Process

The following section provides an overview of the Batch Bundling process within the XDOC user interface.

1. Access the Bundling Module

From the XDOC Dashboard, click Bundling from the main navigation menu to open the Batch Bundling interface.

2. Configure the Bundle Request

Before initiating the bundle process, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the desired Bundle Profile.
  2. Enter a comma-separated list of loan numbers in the Loan Selections field.
  3. Optionally, specify a Group Batch Name to identify and correlate the batch.
  4. Click Show Loans to display a preview of the selected loans.
  5. Review the list and deselect any loans that should not be included in the batch.

3. Submit the Batch

After verifying the loan selection, click Send Bundle. XDOC will create and initiate the required bundle workflow for each selected loan.

4. Monitor Workflow Execution

Batch Bundling is processed as a two-stage workflow that can be monitored through the Workflow Monitor:

  1. Package Generation – Creates the bundle package for the loan based on the selected Bundle Profile.
  2. Package Delivery – Delivers the generated package to the destination defined by the Bundle Profile.

Each stage is represented as a separate workflow task, providing visibility into the status and progress of the bundling process.

5. Manage Bundles

To view and manage bundle activity, select the Bundle Manager tab to open the Bundling Manager interface.

From the Bundle Manager, users can:

  • Search for bundles using the Batch Name.
  • View the current status of each bundle.
  • Monitor package generation and delivery progress.
  • Cancel active bundle operations.
  • Pause bundle processing.
  • Resume previously paused bundle operations.

The Bundle Manager provides centralized monitoring and control of batch bundling activities, enabling administrators and business users to efficiently manage large-scale package generation and delivery operations.
