System Logs

Exception Logging captures all major XDOC server-side transactions, including, but not limited to:

  • Document uploads (API and UI)
  • OCR processing
  • AIVA classification and data extraction requests and responses
  • Document indexing and storage
  • Bundling and export workflows
  • Authentication and authorization events

 

Each transaction generates log entries for the start, successful completion, and failure states. Log records include the following identifiers to support troubleshooting and traceability:

  • Tenant ID
  • Container ID / Loan ID
  • Document ID
  • Transaction ID or API Request ID

 

The Exception Logging framework supports the following standard log levels:

  • DEBUG – Detailed diagnostic information used for troubleshooting and development (disabled by default in production environments)
  • INFO – Normal transaction and processing events
  • WARN – Recoverable issues, validation warnings, or unexpected conditions
  • ERROR – Failed transactions, processing errors, or system exceptions
  • FATAL – Critical failures that impact system functionality or availability

This logging framework provides comprehensive visibility into XDOC processing activities, enabling efficient monitoring, diagnostics, auditing, and issue resolution.
