S4. Repository List Definitions

The table below identifies the mortgage-specific List Definitions that must be maintained and synchronized within the XDOC Project Repository. A List Definition is a collection of Name/Value pairs that represent reference data shared between the Loan Origination System (LOS) and XDOC.

For each list item, the Value represents the underlying data stored within the XDOC database and should remain consistent with the corresponding value in the LOS. The Name serves as a user-friendly display label and may be modified as needed without affecting the stored data value.

To ensure proper operation of XDOC features such as search, workflow processing, security, and document classification, these List Definitions must be kept synchronized with their corresponding data sources in the LOS. Whenever list entries are added, removed, or modified in the LOS, the associated XDOC List Definitions should be updated accordingly using the List Definition Editor available in the Project Repository Settings. This synchronization helps maintain data integrity and ensures consistent behavior across both systems.
