S4. Repository List Definitions

The table below shows the Mortgage specific Lists Definitions that must be kept in sync in the XDOC Project Repository. A List Definition is simply a collection of Name / Value list item pairs. For each List Item, the Value is the underlying data stored in the XDOC database, and the Name just a display label that can be changed.

When the list entries change in the LOS, XDOC must be updated accordingly using the List Definition editor in the Project Repository settings.

Notification Stages	Loan Stage	Yes	All valid stages for a loan. Used in the Notification Settings grid, as well as advanced security.
Notification Roles	Loan Roles	Yes	The list of User Roles associated with a loan. E.g.: Underwriter, Funder, Broker, etc. Used in the Notification Settings grid, as well as advanced security.
Loan Stage Search	Loan Stage		The list of stages allowed on the Search Dialog.
Loan Type Search	Loan Type		The list of types allowed on the Search Dialog.
