How to Use This Document

This document is organized into six worksheets (tabs), each designed to help you understand and use Tokens within the XDOC Bundling module:

1. Token Overview

Provides a high-level explanation of what tokens are and how they are used in XDOC.

2. Token Syntax

Describes the structure and formatting rules for writing tokens correctly in your Bundle Definitions.

3. Available Tokens

A comprehensive list of all tokens that can be used in the Bundling module, including their names and purposes.

4. Date Format Masks

Reference guide for valid date formatting masks that can be applied to date-based tokens.

5. Number Format Masks

Reference guide for valid number formatting masks used to control how numeric data appears.

6. Address Token Properties

An advanced reference used primarily by technical support for troubleshooting remote bundle delivery (via HTTP, FTP, email, etc.).

Getting Started

  1. Begin with the Token Overview tab to understand the purpose and function of tokens.
  2. Move to the Token Syntax tab to learn how to construct tokens properly.
  3. Use the Available Tokens tab as a reference when building or editing your Bundle Definitions.
