When would I want / need to use the Extended Token Syntax?

Typically, you would most likely use the Extended Token Syntax when trying to format Date or Number attributes when the eeded format is different than that default format.  Additionally, if the Bundle is for an investor / partner, they typically have strict specifications for how data needs to be sent to their systems. Extended Token Syntax gives you complete control on formatting, cleansing, and other advanced operations.
