Cover Generator

These values describe the properties of the barcode cover sheets and separator sheets.

Cover sheet and separator sheet defaults:

Cover Sheet  
Include Cover Sheet Yes/No whether to include a cover sheet. This should always be set to "yes"
Barcode Data Fields Container Ref = Loan Number
Container Key = Unique identifier for loan in the LOS database
Separator Sheet  
Show Container Label Yes/No to print the loan number on the separator sheets.  This does not put the barcode data in the actual barcode, it just prints the label on the separator sheets
Barcode Data Fields
  • exclude container data - do not put the loan number info in the barcode data
  • include container - yes, add the loan number info in the barcode data 
   
Barcode Generation  
Barcode Type Data Matrix or PDF 417
Barcode Mode Square or Rectangle
Barcode Scale Size of the Barcode. Should be at least 6
Barcode Width Leave blank
