Choosing a Virtual Folder

Files that are available for indexing can be sorted in different ways. These are essentially just different filters for everything in the File Room. They are:

• Batch – You will only see this if you are using the Batch Processing function.  Most people should never see this option
• Inbox – Contains a list of all files in the File Room
• My Inbox – Only shows the list of files entered specifically by the logged in user
