Now that you have established your Email Templates and Address Groups, you can now create a Quick Message.
To create a new Quick Message, click CREATE from the Quick Message Grid. The following box will appear: (fields in bold are required)
|Name||The name of your Quick Message|
|Code||Optional field to add a code|
|Description||Optional field to add more of a description to the Quick Message|
|Active||Must be set to "yes" in order to be used|
|Editable Fields||Describes if the email body and/or subject are editable, should the user have those permissions|
|Address Group||The Address Group for this message|
|Template||The Email Template for this message|
Once all fields have been filled out, click SAVE. The Quick Message will appear in the grid and is ready for use in the Viewer.
