Reference Documents

Reference documents are static documents that will always be the same regardless of the loan in question. A good example of this may be Wiring Instructions. Generally these instructions may not change from loan to loan. You can then add this document when you create a bundle profile and this document will be sent out with every loan that uses that bundle profile.

Reference Documents

To Add a Reference Document:

  1. Type in the name of the document in the NAME field
  2. Add a description if needed
  3. Set the Reference Document to "active" if you want it to be active
  4. Choose the color indicator if it's a color doc. When you upload it, it will be rendered in color
  5. Click "Chose File" and navigate to your loan
  6. Click "Open" to choose the file
  7. Click SAVE
  8. Reference document has been added
